Clients leave your chair happy, swear they'll rebook, and then it goes quiet. No follow-up. An inquiry form that feels like an afterthought. A website that's outdated. An email list you keep meaning to send to.

You can feel the gap. You just can't see where clients slip through, and it's hard to fix what you can't see. So you guess. Or you wait, and another month goes by.

That's what The Client Journey Audit is for.

What you get:
  • Full walkthrough of your client journey, from first click to rebook
  • Review of your website, Instagram, and booking and inquiry flow
  • A look at your email experience, from test sign-up to what a new client actually receives (or doesn't)
  • Detailed PDF report on what's missing, what's working, and what to improve
  • Prioritized list, so you know where to start
  • Your report in your inbox within seven business days

If you want help fixing what we find, book a Build within 14 days of receiving your report and your $475 is credited toward it.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the Client Journey Audit ("the Service") or submitting payment, you agree to the following terms.

Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing. If you do not understand or do not accept these terms, please do not complete your purchase and contact us at hello@savoirfairedigitalconcierge.com.

This Agreement takes effect on the date of purchase and is between you ("Client") and The Little Triangle LLC d/b/a Savoir Faire Digital Concierge ("Company"). You accept it by checking the box to agree to these terms during checkout.

Scope of Service
(a) The Client Journey Audit is a one-time review of Client's public-facing client journey. Company will review Client's website, Instagram, and email marketing from the perspective of a potential client.
(b) To review Client's emails, Company will sign up for Client's email list and any opt-ins under a test name. Client consents to this.
(c) Company will deliver one detailed PDF report by email within 7 business days of receiving payment.
(d) The Service includes one report only. It does not include revisions to the report, implementation, rewriting, design, edits to Client's accounts, or calls unless agreed to in writing. Any additional work requires a separate agreement and fee.
Payment
(a) The Client Journey Audit is $475, paid in full at checkout. Work begins once payment is received.
(b) Build Credit. If Client places a deposit on a Build within 14 days of the date the report is delivered, the full $475 will be credited toward the Build fee. The credit can't be exchanged for cash, can't be transferred, and expires after the 14-day window.
(c) Chargebacks. Client agrees not to dispute or reverse the payment, and to withdraw any dispute filed in error right away. Client is responsible for any fees, including reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs, that Company incurs recovering a disputed payment.
Client Responsibilities
(a) The Client Journey Audit is based on Client's publicly available website, Instagram, and email marketing as they appear at the time of review. Changes Client makes during the review period may not be reflected in the report.
(b) Client is responsible for deciding whether and how to use the recommendations in the report.
Communication
All communication about the Service takes place by email at hello@savoirfairedigitalconcierge.com. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Messages will be answered within 2 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Refunds
(a) Because the Service is customized and begins once payment is received, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
(b) If Company is unable to deliver the report for reasons within its control, Company will issue a full refund.
(c) Disagreeing with the findings, or not achieving desired results, is not grounds for a refund.
(d) Force Majeure. Company is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its control, including natural disasters, illness, pandemic or epidemic, civil unrest, or widespread technology or platform outages. Company will deliver the report as soon as reasonably possible.
Confidentiality
(a) Client Information. Company will keep Client's private business information confidential and use it only to provide the Service, unless Client gives written consent or the law requires otherwise. This does not include information that is already public, which is the basis of the review, or information Company already had or received independently.
(b) Company Materials. The report and the frameworks behind it are for Client's own use. Client agrees not to share or publish the report in full, or present Company's methods as Client's own.
Intellectual Property
(a) Company retains ownership of its frameworks, methods, templates, and processes, including those used in the report.
(b) Once payment is complete, Company grants Client a personal, non-transferable license to use the report and its recommendations in Client's own business.
(c) Client may not resell, redistribute, or create products or services from the report or Company's methods without Company's written consent.
Client Features
Company may share general insights from the Service, or results Client achieves afterward, on its website or social channels. Company will request Client's approval before publishing anything that names or identifies Client. Features that do not identify Client do not require approval.
Independent Contractors
(a) Company is an independent business and not an employee, partner, or agent of Client. Company decides how and when the Service is performed.
(b) Company works with a team that includes independent contractors, and members of that team may help prepare Client's report. Everyone on the team is bound by the confidentiality terms of this Agreement.
(c) Company is responsible for its own taxes. Client is not responsible for any withholding or employee benefits.
No Guarantees
(a) The report reflects Company's professional opinion and recommendations. Company cannot guarantee any specific result, including bookings, revenue, or growth, because outcomes depend on factors outside Company's control. Testimonials represent possible results, not guaranteed ones.
(b) Company may recommend third-party tools or providers, some through affiliate links that may benefit Company financially. Company does not guarantee and is not responsible for any third-party product or service.
Not Professional Advice
The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and Company is not a law firm or licensed provider in any of these areas. Client should consult the appropriate licensed professional before making legal or financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
(a) Company is not liable for any lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, however caused, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
(b) Company's total liability to Client will not exceed the fee Client paid for the Service.
(c) These limits do not apply to a breach of Section 6.
Warranties
Each party confirms it has full authority to enter into this Agreement. Company will perform the Service in a competent and professional manner. Except as stated in this Agreement, neither party makes any other warranties, express or implied.
Entire Agreement and Changes
This Agreement, together with the Service's sales page as of the date of purchase, is the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all prior understandings. Any change must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. No waiver of any provision is a waiver of any other provision, and no waiver is binding unless made in writing.
Neutral Construction
This Agreement was prepared by Company but will not be interpreted against Company for that reason. Each provision will be read in a way that is fair to both parties.
Assignment
Client may not assign this Agreement without Company's prior written consent. This Agreement binds both parties and their successors.
